This creative project works with NHS Worcestershire Volunteers sharing their inspirational stories to encourage others in the community to consider volunteering.
On Friday 25th June the children from Stanley Road Primary School and their local community gathered at Fort Royal Park for a creative community project to celebrate peace and diversity.
This creative community project was a huge success enjoyed by over 2000 people. This year's beach party theme was an outstanding success bringing the community together.
'Peace by Piece' is a community project designed to bring people together to create beautiful pieces of art.
This creative project involved digital artists and young people working as a creative team to create a DVD based training resource.
Map of Memories enables a community to capture and share evocative and beautiful stories and memories in a creative way.
This creative school project shows young people attending special schools have the same dreams and career aspirations as any other young person.

Mini-Fest 2010
Mini-Fest started in 2009 and proved to be an outstanding success bringing the community together to share and celebrate the talents and creativity of young people in Worcester. It brought families into their local park and received excellent feedback from the community.
In 2010 we want to build on this platform and support this excellent partnership working. We will help the event to grow into something that remains manageable and sustainable and that welcomes work by young people from across the county through the youth service network.
Young people are a big part of organising this year’s event and a ‘Beach Party’ theme has been agreed which will involve a BBQ from local butcher, an ice cream van, mobile skate ramps, a surf simulator and go karts. Young people will be involved in documenting the event and interviewing people about mini fest and what their thoughts on the project are.
