Worcestershire Safeguarding Children's Board
Young people worked with a professional creative team to develop a new DVD training resource for professionals.
'Have My Say, Hear Me Out' explores how young people can participate fully in their child protection meetings, an important part of the services they receive.
Their creative response was to produce an animation that presents their ideas in an inspirational way. Their work is being used in training forums for professional service providers and has also received a 'highly commended' safeguarding award from Government Office West Midlands.
