Mini-Fest 2010
Mini-Fest started in 2009 and proved to be an outstanding success bringing the community together to share and celebrate the talents and creativity of young people in Worcester. It brought families into their local park and received excellent feedback from the community.
Young people were a big part of organising this year’s event, which was a ‘Beach Party’ theme. This involved spectaulary performances from young people, an ice cream van, mobile skate ramps, a surf simulator and go karts. Young people were involved in documenting the event and interviewing people about mini fest and what their thoughts on the project are.
This year's mini Fest was held at Cripplegate Park in Worcester on Saturday 26th June, it was a huge success enjoyed by over 2000 people!
