Supporting Arts, Enriching Lives throughout Worcestershire.
Arts Extend is a countywide arts project in Worcestershire delivered by Pablo Productions in partnership with Worcestershire County Council and Arts Council England. The project had a dynamic impact providing high quality arts rich opportunitiesand experiences within a wide range of communities.
Arts Extend Worcestershire has been running for just over two years and during that time we seen 51 high quality arts projects delivered throughout the county. Working in partnership with the county wide arts development and extended services providers has enabled this project to reach all of our target groups. We are bringing communities together to participate in and celebrate the arts and we are working in rural communities, with looked after young people, in short stay schools, with the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller community, with people with disabilities and in several mainstream schools providing sustainable arts projects.
We are responding to the needs of young people and their local communities by enabling and supporting access to high quality arts rich activities and we have have employed 67 artists, engaged 12,673 young people as participants in projects and have attracted audiences of 38,340 people to arts events and every month we have over 1500 unique visitors browse this website.
We are delivering a wide range of professional coaching and development for teachers and are continuing to deliver arts projects to our target groups throughout the county. We are also developing case study material that is shared regionally and nationally on an ongoing basis.
Take a few moments to have a look around this website and see for yoursef the projects and their impact so far. There is a showreel summarising the project on this page and each project has a short film, case studies and summaries to give you a flavour of what's been happening.
